Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines. Clients must ensure they have the rights to any content they provide for use in their projects.

Shawki Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
