Project Summary
At Cash Flow Positif, I worked as a Frontend Engineer contributing to multiple production platforms, primarily Revaloc and Ubireal, both operating under real users and tight delivery timelines.
My role went beyond implementation. I worked on complex dashboards, advanced state management, high-fidelity UI/UX, and helped the team resolve critical issues and edge-case bugs affecting production stability. By improving architecture and unblocking bottlenecks, I significantly increased team velocity.

Revaloc — Real Estate Investment Platform: Designed and developed the entire landing page from scratch with complex GSAP animations, scroll-based interactions, fully responsive mobile-first layout, optimized for SEO and performance.
Ubireal — Real Estate Dashboard: Built and maintained complex dashboards with deeply nested state logic, implemented scalable UI components, solved critical production bugs and edge cases, improved UX consistency and interaction flow.

Scaling Velocity
With multiple products evolving simultaneously, the main challenge was maintaining speed while preventing technical debt and UI regressions. Refactored fragile UI logic into predictable, reusable components.
My Approach: Improved animation structure to avoid layout thrashing. Acted as a problem-solver for critical blockers rather than just a task executor. Result: Faster shipping, fewer production issues, and a frontend that could evolve without breaking.
